DESCRIPTION

HI 9812 and HI 9812-5 are easy to use portable instruments for field measurement of pH, conductivity and TDS in water conditioning applications.
These powerful instruments reduce your necessary tool set for field water quality analysis. HI 9812-0 measures pH from 0.0 to 14.0. This meter also
checks conductivity and TDS from 0 to 1990 mg/L, ideal for the water conditioning field. Calibration has been simplified to one point for both pH and conductivity/TDS modes. Both HI 9812-0 and HI 9812-5 are equipped with Automatic Temperature Compensation to remove the effects of
temperature on your conductivity and TDS measurements. In addition, the BEPS (Battery Error Prevention System) will alert the user when low batteries could affect the readings. HI 9812-0 uses HANNA instruments®’ 4-in-1 replaceable HI 1285-0 probe, while HI 9812-5 uses HI 1285-5. No
probe changes are required when switching your measured parameter between pH, conductivity and TDS. The specially engineered pH electrode
also features a fiber junction and gel electrolyte for faster response and reduced contamination. Finally, HI 9812-5 also measures temperature.
