DESCRIPTION

HI4010-02 is a 500 mL bottle of 100 ppm (mg/L) fluoride standard solution.

ISE standards have the lot number and expiration date indicated on the label. The bottles are well sealed to ensure the quality of the solution. The Hanna line of standard solutions has been formulated with an expiration date of 5 years from manufacture if the bottle is left unopened.

HI4010-02 is a 100ppm fluoride standard solution used to calibrate the fluoride ion selective electrode (ISE) . ISE Hanna standard solutions are manufactured with pure chemicals and bottled in our facilities.

ISE electrodes require calibration to obtain accurate measurements when performing measurement techniques such as direct measurement and incremental methods. It is recommended to measure up to two points for greater accuracy. Volumetric glassware can be used to dilute the standard solutions. ISE calibration standards and samples must always have the same ionic strength; the exact volume of ISA solution must be added to the standards and samples before measurement.
