This compact Scale provides total portability in a durable, easy-to-clean housing. This Scale features a simple, one-button operation with a high contrast LCD display reading in grams or pounds: ounces. The Scale runs on a single 9-volt battery (not included). It has an automatic shutoff feature that turns the Scale off after 120 seconds to extend battery life.

Available in three capacities: 200, 2000, and 5000 grams with readabilities of 0.1, 1, and 2 grams respectively. AC Adapters and a 1044 ml Animal Container are available as accessories.

This Balance provides sensitivity and long service by use of covered, self-aligning agate bearings and precision hardened knife edges. Magnetic damping speeds weighing by quickly arresting beam oscillation without affecting sensitivity or accuracy.

This Balance is supplied with a stainless steel scoop measuring 30 x 15 x 7 cm (11-3/4 x 6 x 2-3/4 in). The Balance comes complete with two 1000 g and one 500 g attachment weights. The Balance is also available with the animal basket only and no weights.
