Mobile Laboratory System

Germfree has the expertise to develop a “state of the art” mobile laboratory designed to meet your specific requirements and provide protection for personnel, products, and the environment, while handling and processing hazardous NBC materials and samples. We have subject matter experts who can help select the latest NBC and Public Health equipment. These experts are testin new survey, detection and analytical instruments even before they are commercially available.

Primary containment equipment will include a Class High Containment Glovebox with sample airlock access from the outside of t laboratory. The Glovebox will also be provided with an airlock for direct transfer of samples into the Biological Safety Cabinet. All laboratory furniture will be constructed of 304 stainless steel in order to allow for complete cleaning and laboratory decontamination.

The Glovebox and laboratory area of the mobile la will be operated under negative pressure with all air exhausted out through a NBC filtration system. The laboratory area can be converted to operate under positive pressure-collective protection. The collective protection chemicalbiological air filtration system will be integrated with the air conditioning system allow for positive pressure operation. The driver compartment will be equipped with a Biological and Chemical positive pressure air filtration system.
