There is a choice of bottom light from a lamp (+ spare lamp), a flat or a convex mirror. It has 4 objectives: 4x, 10x, 40x and 100x and two eyepieces (5x and 10x). So you can magnify (10 x 100 =) a maximum of 1000x. That’s staging a lot. To give you an idea, these are record grooves magnified 500 times. Also nice for studying viruses. And to exterminate of course! on small scale.
