Description
The SER 148/3 unit allows a substance or group of substances to be quantitatively separated (e.g. fat) from a mixture of solids or semisolids.
Extraction is carried out in accordance with the Randall technique, which works in two phases (plus one to recover the distilled solvent).
This technique offers protection against atmospheric pollution, and cuts analysis costs and extraction time.
The instrument, designed to optimize ease of handling, is provided with a microprocessor allowing up to 29 different work programs to be set.
The operational phases set will be carried out in sequence with the temperature and remaining time constantly shown on two different displays.
The analyses are performed in absolute safety thanks to its IP55 protection rating.
The main fields of application include analysis of food products, animal feeds, detergents, rubber and plastic formulations, pharmaceutical products, soils, etc.
