These simple absorption chromatography columns are for rapid preparative separations

Column and reservoir (only) are epoxy coated for safety. Flow control adapter is uncoated. All are fabricated from borosilicate glass.

Allows separations of samples from 0.01 to 10.0 g³ in 10 to 15 minutes. Reservoir connects between column and flow control adapter. Joints on column, reservoir and adapter are standard taper 24/40 or standard taper 45/50. Columns available with or without Porosity B (70 to 100 µm) sealed-in fritted disc. Stopcock on column is 2 mm bore PTFE on 10 mm int.Ø thru 50 mm int.Ø; 4 mm bore on 64 mm and 75 mm int.Ø, on flow control adapter, 0 to 3 mm PTFE.
