CPXH Series features 99 minute timer or continuous operation, with heat with degassing capability of up to 99 minutes ideal for sample preparation applications

Unit features sweep frequency which eliminates standing waves and creates consistent cavitation through the tank. Transducers are 40KHz rugged industrial transducers. Controls are located above and behind the cleaning tank in an easily accessible control tower panel, and raised above the tank to avoid damage from cleaning solutions. This unit has convenient built-in pour drains on the .5 and .75-gallon models. Tank drains with valves are incorporated on models 1.5-gallon and larger.

Ultrasonic power tracking allows the same ultrasonic power to be delivered to the tank, delivering unwavering cavitation, steady activity in the bath even when load conditions change. CPXH is completely programmable, the process allows the user to choose the temperature set point at which the degassing and ultrasonic timer periods are triggered to begin. Once the time period is reached, the units shuts off, delivering the same results every time. Operator can adjust the tank to use 100% of power or change to a lower amplitude of acoustic energy deliverying 70% power for delicate applications if needed. Sleep mode goes into effect when cycle is complete and no control keys are touched for 15 minutes. Touching any key causes the unit to come back on when cycle is complete.
